We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Monteferro USA located in Euclid, Ohio. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules and checklists
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and make necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Install new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation (HIPPO Maintenance Program).
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, CNC machines.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial automation.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
