Job Description

Responsibilities include: Room Turnovers (Move-Ins & Move-Outs)

Full Room Refurbishing:

Complete comprehensive room flips when residents move out, including patching drywall, full painting, and replacing flooring (vinyl plank, carpet tiles, etc.) as needed.

Life Safety, Compliance & Documentation Monthly Life Safety Logs:

Conduct, test, and document monthly inspections for all building smoke alarms, carbon monoxide (CO) detectors, and emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers.

General & Preventative Maintenance Daily Repair Orders:

Address ongoing building maintenance requests including replacing light fixtures, switches, fixing minor plumbing leaks, clearing clogged drains, and other general maintenance.

Grounds, Exterior & Waste Walkway Safety:

Keep sidewalks, entryways, and courtyards clear of trash and debris; manage immediate ice and snow removal on walkways during winter weather. Keep all closets and pantry area's stocked under fire line. Other responsibilities as needed.

Hours:

9am-5pm Monday, Thursday, Friday, and every-other weekend.
