Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining equipment, systems, and overall facility functionality. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Turn units including painting, repairs, cleaning and removal of items. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with tenants or team members. Have your own tools and transportation. Cleaning Grounds keeping Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks. Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices across different environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
