Daylight Hours Starting Pay:
$21.00/hour

00/hour; Depending on experience; $2,000 sign-on bonus for full time employees. Requirements for the
Apartment Maintenance Technician:
High school diploma or
GED AND 2
years of maintenance experience, or 1 year of experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing and 6 months specific education in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; or Carpentry. Have basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook). Ability to use position specific work order systems. Valid driver's license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for regular travel between communities or as needed. Be able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff.
