Hotel Indigo Harrisburg-Hershey is a 149-room boutique IHG hotel just minutes from Hershey, home to our Riverrun Social Lounge. We're managed by Areya Management, a Pennsylvania-based hospitality company running 13 hotels across Pennsylvania and Virginia under IHG, Hilton, Marriott and Best Western.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

◆ Knock out guest-room and public-area work orders — plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, fixtures and furniture ◆ Run the preventive maintenance program for guest rooms, HVAC/PTAC units, laundry and kitchen equipment ◆ Troubleshoot HVAC, boilers, water heaters, pool and spa systems ◆ Keep the pool chemically balanced and logs up to date ◆ Support life-safety checks (fire panel, extinguishers, emergency lighting) and elevator vendor visits ◆ Keep grounds, parking lot and building exterior in top shape ◆ Work with front desk and housekeeping to get rooms back in service fast

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU

◆ Enjoy figuring out why something's broken and fixing it right the first time ◆ Like working independently and take pride in a clean, well-kept building ◆ Have 1+ year of maintenance experience (hotel, apartment, property or facilities) and know basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC ◆ Have your own basic hand tools, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs and climb ladders ◆ Can cover occasional weekends and an on-call rotation ◆ Bonus points: CPO (pool operator), EPA 608 or HVAC certification
