We're looking for a dedicated maintenance professional who enjoys a variety of tasks from landscaping and preparing athletic fields to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding, snow removal, and general facility maintenance. Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess Journeyman license for plumbing, HVAC or electrical, or possess equivalent experience and/or knowledge. Knowledge of the DDCC system preferred. Must be trained in the use of most maintenance related equipment. Must have experience working with construction contractors, chemicals, industrial cleaners, welding, and carpentry. Must have knowledge of electric and plumbing, sports fields and layouts, two- and fourcycle engines. Knowledge of the operation of generators, air compressors, pumps, and motors. Must be familiar with temperature controls, such as pneumatic, electric, solid state cooling towers, hydronic heating, air conditioning systems, commercial oil, gas boilers, hot water heaters, hydronic pumps and air mixture technology.
