Maintenance Tech - Level 2 Hands-on industrial maintenance role repairing foundry production equipment, machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems. • Previous experience required • Company Profile This is a full-time opportunity in an aluminum sand foundry environment supporting production machinery and industrial equipment. The facility relies on maintenance technicians to keep foundry equipment operating safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This is not residential, apartment, building, or general facilities maintenance; the work is focused on manufacturing equipment used in production. What's in it for you? Details:
Contract to Hire position $27.00 to $33.00 /annually First Shift Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments on industrial foundry machinery and production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on equipment such as sand mixers, conveyors, molding machines, and related systems. Assist with installation, dismantling, relocation, and inspection of manufacturing equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs to reduce production downtime. Maintain accurate repair records, including parts used, work completed, and time spent on maintenance tasks. Maintenance Tech - Level 2
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of technical training or equivalent hands-on experience required. At least one year of related mechanical experience, including hydraulics, electronics repair, or industrial mechanical applications. Must be comfortable reading technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, layout plans, and machine instructions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders/equipment/roofs as needed, work around heat, dust, fumes, noise, chemicals, and wear required PPE.
