4% commission on estimates sold in the field

Position Summary:

KJ Doors is looking for a Skilled Commercial Door Technician who takes pride in solving problems, working with their hands, and doing quality work. You'll install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial door systems while developing your technical skills and taking ownership of your work. Earn up to $120K+ Annually. We're looking for someone who is mechanically minded, dependable, coachable, and driven to improve . You don't need to know everything about commercial doors—we can teach the trade. What matters most is having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the desire to build a career with a growing company.

Core Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair sectional overhead doors, rolling steel doors, commercial operators, dock equipment, and specialty door systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine the appropriate repair or solution. Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment safely and effectively. Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs or solutions. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards on every job.
