Part-Time Maintenance Technician (24 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex located in Cleveland, TN. The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred. Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check. Must handle emergency calls when FT Maintenance Tech is unavailable. Pay & Benefits This is a part-time position 24 hrs per week (3 days per week/8:00am - 5:00pm daily). $18.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement and $15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement provided. Position is eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and benefits offered via Aflac.
