Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties at residential and/or commercial properties. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and address issues proactively Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests Troubleshoot issues and determine cost-effective solutions Maintain property grounds, including trash pickup and minor landscaping tasks Turn vacant units efficiently, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed Ensure compliance with safety and building codes

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices and tools Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of systems Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred but not required: HVAC certification or other trade-specific credentials Bilingual (English/Spanish)
