Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen appliances, and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently Conduct appliance repair and installation for a variety of equipment including HVAC units, refrigeration systems, ovens, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system inspections in compliance with operational standards Collaborate with team members to prioritize urgent repairs while managing scheduled maintenance tasks effectively Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with staff regarding repair status and safety procedures during maintenance activities Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures related to HVAC & appliance technology Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning units—and kitchen equipment maintenance such as ovens or dishwashers Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently; familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices is preferred Mechanical knowledge necessary for troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and performing precise repairs or installations Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely; clean driving record preferred Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong attention to detail; leadership qualities are a plus for mentoring junior team members Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills to interact professionally with staff and vendors Join us in maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence! Pay:
