FULL COMPENSATION RANGE
$20.7024- $30.

Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid Texas Class C driver's license. HVAC/Refrigeration certification preferred.For Event Center positions:
Basic Ammonia Refrigeration Certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance practices. Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with reading technical layouts. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of safety practices, hazard recognition, and proper use of hand and power tools. Ability to work on a laptop, iPad, cellphone, or pc workstation. Use of Outlook, Excel, CMMS, EMS/BMS and other PC based applications. Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment. Physical Demands /Work Environment:
Standard office buildings, shop , warehouse, and recreation center . Ability to sit or stand for long periods . Ability to attend meetings outside of regular business hours. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to push, pull, reach, lift, carry, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, twist, and climb. Ability to operate a city or personal vehicle for business purposes. Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, wet conditions, and high humidity. Ability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs continuously. Ability to work around mechanical, chemical, electrical, and fire hazards.
