This role focuses on landscaping, lawn care, wooded areas, ponds, fountains, aeration systems, and general exterior upkeep. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, watering, debris removal, seasonal preparation, and operating landscaping equipment. The Technician also assists the Facilities Maintenance Engineer with basic non‑technical maintenance tasks and reports building issues when observed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in maintaining beautiful grounds, and can operate landscaping tools safely and efficiently. Work is performed in a quiet residential religious community, requiring courtesy, reliability, and respect for elderly residents.
