FARM/RANCH HAND WITH HANDYMAN DUTIES

Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for ranch activities. Must have experience working with tractors. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions Experience around livestock and general animals Feed animals Experience with working in an outdoor setting, & physically capable of manual work Ability to perform basic equipment repair and maintenance tasks Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for ranch activities Competence in using hand tools for repairs and maintenance work Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues Farm/Ranch/Yard work: 2 years experience Labor/General agriculture work Texas Drivers license Handyman Duties Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs Regularly perform various landscaping tasks. Must have experience with landscaping equipment. Fill gaps and painting. Repair equipment and various machines and appliances. Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work. 3 years of experience as a handyman. 3 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Positive attitude and good written and verbal communication skills Problem solver Attention to detail.
