White Oak, Tx Seeking an experienced Facilities Industrial Maintenance professional, with proven industrial maintenance experience. Job Summary

This is an industrial maintenance-focused role, not general building maintenance. Candidate must have hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will also have experience with overhead crane repair, HVAC systems, hydraulics, motors, and controls and be capable of troubleshooting equipment and performing preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of buildings, machinery, and facility systems

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and downtime

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment

Work with 480V 3-phase electrical systems

Troubleshoot and repair motors and electrical controls

Perform or assist with overhead crane maintenance and repairs

Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems

Perform HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergencies

Monitor equipment for potential problems and make repairs before failures occur

Maintain building security and safety systems as required

Maintain clean and safe maintenance/work areas

Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers when necessary

Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, repairs, and completed work

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Perform additional facility and industrial maintenance duties as assigned

Required Experience

Industrial maintenance experience

480V 3-phase electrical experience

Electrical troubleshooting experience

Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience

Experience with motors and controls

Preventive maintenance experience

Valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation

Strong safety awareness

Dependable attendance and work history

Highly Preferred Experience Overhead crane repair/maintenance experience

HVAC experience

Hydraulic system experience

Motor and control troubleshooting

Industrial machinery/equipment repair

Electrical controls experience

Plumbing experience
