A leading company in facilities maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Spring, TX. This full-time role offers a company vehicle and tools, requiring candidates to live within a 30-minute radius of Spring. Join a team focused on maintaining mechanical and electrical systems across multiple wash locations.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Oversee the mechanical and electrical health of up to five wash locations. Perform all necessary mechanical and electrical repairs. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment components. Schedule and manage repairs and projects, ordering parts as needed. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and document all activities.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Over 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial equipment maintenance. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including working with 480V systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders. Knowledge of PLCs, conveyor systems, and pneumatic components.
