Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help keep our environment safe, efficient, and reliable by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a tangible impact. Duties Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and other building systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals Conduct detailed inspections of electrical wiring, plumbing, air conditioning units, and construction elements to identify potential issues early Use schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose complex problems accurately and efficiently Lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger construction or renovation efforts as needed Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts used for accountability and future reference Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety Skills Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints with confidence Solid knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and general maintenance practices Familiarity with construction processes and safety standards related to building upkeep Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams during maintenance tasks Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnosing issues quickly and accurately Join us if you're passionate about maintaining high standards of operational excellence!
