Duties Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and other building systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals Conduct detailed inspections of electrical wiring, plumbing, air conditioning units, and construction elements to identify potential issues early Use schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose complex problems accurately and efficiently Lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger construction or renovation efforts as needed Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts used for accountability and future reference Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety Skills Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints with confidence Solid knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and general maintenance practices Familiarity with construction processes and safety standards related to building upkeep Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams during maintenance tasks Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to diagnosing issues quickly and accurately Join us if you're passionate about maintaining high standards of operational excellence!
