Job Description

IQ Resource Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing facility in Delavan, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience. If you enjoy diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping production running efficiently, we want to hear from you. Full-Time, M-F 1st
Shift:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Salary Range:
$34-43 hourly DOE What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery Perform preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the facility Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Assist with maintenance of CNC lathes, mills, multi-spindle machines, bar feeders, and related production equipment Perform building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs Repair or replace motors, controls, switches, lighting, and electrical components Monitor and coordinate maintenance needs for forklifts and company vehicles Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and documentation Manage repair parts inventory and maintenance supplies Support continuous improvement initiatives and production uptime goals Assist production teams as needed Equipment You'll Support Tsugami and Star CNC Machines Miyano Machines Mori Seiki Lathes & Mills Doosan Lathes & Mills Robodrill Mills Haas Mills Okuma Lathes Hardinge Lathes Wickman & Davenport Multi-Spindle Equipment Bar Feeders and supporting production equipment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or related field preferred 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with Fanuc controls and diagnostics preferred Knowledge of motors, transformers, relays, sensors, encoders, and industrial controls Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Work Environment Manufacturing facility environment Exposure to machinery, moderate noise levels, temperature variations, and airborne particles Hands-on troubleshooting and repair work throughout the facility Why Apply?
