Job Description

Position open for a skilled Building Maintenance Tech to handle repairs at a school and church. The Building Maintenance Tech is responsible for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC on the property. Strong background in building maintenance Plumbing Electrical HVAC with BAS experience is helpful Ability to do seasonal checks on the HVAC system Insurable driver record Able to pass a background check LS123
