Job Overview Our 50 rooms hotel ususally has light to medium maintenance and mainly plumping fixture like toilet and tub; sinks and such. We also have very good pool at the hotel so pool maintenance will also be required. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating, cleaning, and adjusting equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities and update records
• Maintain HVAC equipment
• Provide technical support for sales inquiries related to maintenance services Requirements
• Proficiency in analyzing technical problems and implementing effective solutions
• Experience in maintenance practices
• Knowledge of low voltage systems and mechanical operations
• Familiarity with HVAC; Toilet, Tubs, Shower & Sinks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Also when maintenance project are not available to help in other hotel department such as Houskeeping or Laundry or Public area cleaning if needed.
