Farm:

The Production Farm is a not for profit behavioral and mental health care clinic. We take unconventional approaches to traditional therapy. All programs are custom, holistic, play based, and person centered. Our family orientated services utilize relatable programs such as cooking, music, and hands-on activities to teach life skills and provide evidence based trauma informed care. In addition to our therapies we also provide skill development, life skills training, individual family, and group counseling services. We currently have two locations that service North-East WI in Sheboygan and Sheboygan falls.

Job:

The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for helping to maintain and protect our facilities, including the external and internal appearance of a building. It is important for a Cleaning Technician to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises, as well as conducting basic maintenance assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Be a United States citizen or a resident alien with the right to work in the United States Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Be able to pass a background check Knowledge Skills and Abilities Reasonable mechanical knowledge and ability in operating tools and equipment needed to perform the job Ability to understand and carry out written and oral directions Ability to work independently without constant supervision in accomplishing assigned duties Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with other employees Ability to adapt and improve methods and procedures in performing assignments Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out the trash, tidying furniture, and dusting surfaces Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers and restock disposables Wipe mirrors and windows Report major damages and oversee repairs Maintain yard and exterior of the building and grounds including lawn services, snow removal, and occasionally lifting heavy items (70+ lbs.) Requirements Appropriate time management skills Knowledge of the use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices Attention to detail and conscientiousness Proven experience as custodian, janitor, or in a similar role is preferred A high school diploma is preferred but not required. •Upon hire will need to complete 70 hours of trauma-informed care and training within the first 2 months.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
