This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting a high-performing production environment. •35+/hour based on experience 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Consistent 1st shift schedule with built-in overtime potential Long-term stability with a reputable manufacturer Key role supporting continuous production operations Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to maximize uptime Diagnose mechanical issues, alarms, and system malfunctions Perform repairs, rebuilds, and component replacements Dismantle, inspect, and overhaul machinery as needed Fabricate parts and tools to support maintenance needs Install, move, align, and level industrial equipment Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and HVAC systems Support facility maintenance, including building and grounds Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records Submit parts and supply requests as needed Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs effectively High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred Experience Mechanical repair and diagnostics Preventive and predictive maintenance programs Production equipment troubleshooting Machinery installation and alignment Experience in industrial or high-volume manufacturing settings Apply Today If you're looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a strong work-life balance, we encourage you to apply. #LP
