Job Description

Join WrightWay Emergency Services! We're hiring a skilled Mitigation & Restoration Technician with experience working in homes, commercial properties, and medical facilities. Handle water, fire, and mold mitigation while also completing structural repairs like drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.

What You'll Do:

Water extraction, drying, and mold remediation (including CAT 3 losses). Follow hospital safety and infection-control protocols. Perform light-to-moderate structural repairs (drywall, trim, cabinetry). Document jobs using Encircle software. Rotational on-call (1 week every 5-6).

What We Need:

2+ years in mitigation/restoration. Hospital/medical facility experience preferred.

WRT/ASD/AMRT

certifications (or ability to maintain). Able to lift 50 lbs. and work extended hours. Valid driver's license.

Schedule:
