Job Summary:

WrightWay Emergency Services is seeking an experienced Structure Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs in homes and businesses after initial mitigation work has been completed. This role is crucial in helping our clients transition from recovery to a fully restored and comfortable living or working space.

Key Responsibilities:

Hang, finish, and texture drywall in accordance with industry standards. Perform professional painting services to match existing surfaces and aesthetic requirements. Conduct finish carpentry work, including but not limited to trim installation, door setting, and hardware fitting. Install cabinetry and other fixtures with attention to detail and alignment with design specifications. Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds WrightWay's commitment to excellence and safety. Collaborate with the project management team to complete repairs on schedule and within budget. Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and responding to any concerns or questions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in home repair or a related field. Proficiency in drywall, painting, finish carpentry, and cabinetry installation. A strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must possess a valid driver's license.
