The Role You are Metkon at the customer site. You install new equipment, keep installed machines running, and train the people who use them. Install and commission equipment at customer labs across North America Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software faults Perform preventive maintenance and calibration Install and configure Windows-based instrument software on customer networks Train customers on operation and care of their equipment Write clear service reports and recommend repairs, upgrades, and spare parts Report recurring issues back to our engineering team in Turkey Uphold safety and quality standards on every site, including customer-specific EHS requirements What You Need Hands-on experience servicing laboratory or industrial equipment Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable with 208V/480V three-phase and lockout/tagout Able to read schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and engineering drawings Solid troubleshooting across mechanical, electronic, and software problems Good computer skills

• responsive, reliable, and professional on site, because you are often the only Metkon person the customer ever meets Able to work independently and manage your own schedule Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing to travel, including overnight stays Valid US passport, or able to get one
