Pay will be competitive based on experience Duties Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification to prevent further property deterioration Conduct fire restoration activities such as debris removal, soot cleaning, and odor control using specialized equipment and techniques Execute mold remediation procedures safely and effectively to eliminate mold growth and prevent future issues Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, repair, and construction work necessary for restoration projects Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces using industry-standard cleaning methods Assist with asbestos abatement procedures following strict safety guidelines when required Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress clearly with team members and clients Requirements pay is commensurate with experience and certifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred (Will also Knowledge of cleaning techniques, fire and water damage restoration processes, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work in confined or challenging environments Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols at all times Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is often required; ability to travel between job sites as needed Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment Join us in delivering exceptional restoration services that rebuild lives!
