Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery electro-mechanical equipment in the field
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate calibration and alignment of equipment
• Analyze equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
• Provide training and support to customers and Reid-Ashman engineers on the operation and maintenance of equipment Provide remote technical support to other Field Service employees.

Skills:

• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronics knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repair
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Field service experience is highly desirable As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in various countries.

You will utilize your skills in precision measuring instruments, logic controllers, and electro-mechanical knowledge to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
