Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery electro-mechanical equipment in the field
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate calibration and alignment of equipment
- Analyze equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Provide training and support to customers and Reid-Ashman engineers on the operation and maintenance of equipment Provide remote technical support to other Field Service employees.
Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronics knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repair
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Field service experience is highly desirable As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in various countries.
