We are hiring an HVAC Installation Helper to join our residential team. No prior HVAC experience is required. We provide 100% paid on-the-job training. You will work alongside a Lead Installer learning how to remove old equipment and install new, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems in residential homes. Responsibilities Assist Lead Installers with the safe removal of old furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Help layout, assemble, and connect sheet metal and flexible ductwork. Unload new equipment, carry installation tools, and keep the job site clean and organized. Learn to brazing copper lines, run drain lines, and install low-voltage wiring. Maintain a professional, clean presence while working in customers' homes.

What You Will Earn & Learn Paid Training:

Full hourly wage from day one while you master the trade.

Hands-on Skills:

Learn sheet metal ductwork, low-voltage wiring, and equipment placement.

Career Advancement:

Clear pathway to move up to a Lead Installer role with higher earning potential. Requirements Completion of an HVAC program or equivalent field experience Valid driver's license with a good, insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background check.

Strong physical stamina:

ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot attics or crawlspaces. Basic comfort using hand and power tools.
