We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to our community with integrity and expertise. Overview Ready to build a career with your hands? We are hiring an HVAC Installation Helper to join our residential team. No prior HVAC experience is required. We provide 100% paid on-the-job training. You will work alongside a Lead Installer learning how to remove old equipment and install new, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems in residential homes. Responsibilities Assist Lead Installers with the safe removal of old furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Help layout, assemble, and connect sheet metal and flexible ductwork. Unload new equipment, carry installation tools, and keep the job site clean and organized. Learn to brazing copper lines, run drain lines, and install low-voltage wiring. Maintain a professional, clean presence while working in customers' homes.
