- Minimum 1 year experience in active, hands-on HVAC role
- Motivated self-starter and problem solver

- Expert in heating, cooling, and refrigeration
- 3 years of HVAC experience working in the field, hands-on

Tony has forty years' experience in this market, building successful HVAC companies. Oak Grove is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a few select employees to add to our family. Doing:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and electrical components
- Perform preventative maintenance and service work efficiently and accurately
- Follow company SOPs to consistently complete company projects
