Job Overview The Crew Facility Maintenance Inc (TCFM) is looking for a skilled and dependable Journeyman Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing commercial construction team. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems and sheet metal ductwork on a variety of commercial job sites. Key Responsibilities Install and replace HVAC systems, including sheet metal ductwork , thermostats, air handlers, roof top units, roof mounted exhaust fans, and more Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components as needed Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to complete system layouts and installations Collaborate with other trades on commercial construction job sites to ensure seamless integration of systems Maintain a safe and clean job site and comply with all company and OSHA safety standards Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and efficiency Provide outstanding customer service and represent TCFM professionally on all job sites Participate in training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices and safety protocols Qualifications Journeyman-level experience in sheet metal/HVAC installation (commercial experience preferred) Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Experience fabricating and installing sheet metal duct systems Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented mindset Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, heights, confined spaces, etc.) Must be dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious No specific license required, but relevant certifications are a plus Willingness to travel to job sites as needed Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Overtime Opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life & Disability Insurance (Basic, Supplemental, Short-Term, Long-Term) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Days, Holidays) Paid Parental Leave Per Diem for
