Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service to residential customers. This role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing heating and cooling systems while delivering a high level of customer care. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, customer-focused, and committed to delivering quality workmanship and reliable solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups.

Identify electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Communicate system conditions, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs clearly with homeowners.

Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Accurately document service work, findings, and repairs performed.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations.

Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles in a professional manner.

Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

QualificationsPrevious residential HVAC service experience required.

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

EPA Certification preferred.

Ability to lift equipment, work in varying weather conditions, and perform physical job duties as required.
