Job Position:
1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician (PLC, Robotics & HVAC Experience)
Location:
Spartanburg, SC 29303 Pay for the position: $25 per hour Shift for the position: 1st Shift-6am-4:30pm (Monday-Thursday) with Friday and Saturday mandatory when needed
Description:
We Are Hiring!! OpSource Staffing is seeking experienced Industrail Maintenance Technician with PLC,Robotics & HVAC experience who are ready to work with a trusted U.S. manufacturer of commercial vehicle seating, contract manufacturing solutions, and advanced composite components supporting transit, heavy-duty, and specialty vehicle markets. Position Summary The role requires PLC programming/troubleshooting, robotic experience a plus, and electrical/mechanical maintenance skills; candidates should have 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and a high school diploma, with OSHA-related safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs maintenance work on plant equipment as assigned. Installation of equipment in compliance with OSHA regulations Possess other general maintenance skills. Maintain work areas to housekeeping standards Performs other assignments as required by Maintenance Supervision or equivalent PLC Programming and troubleshooting experience. Robotic experience - operating, programming, troubleshooting is a plus Experience with industrial air compressors, chillers, and HVAC a plus. Industrial lighting systems a plus. Education and/or Experience Minimum maintenance work experience 3 years, post apprenticeship, in an industrial environment. High school education; related experience, apprenticeship or technical training, education, or some combination of all three considered a plus. Time Management Skills Possess a deadline driven attitude. Communication Skills Have the ability to properly communicate any issues regarding maintenance via in-person or computer. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Possibly obtain a forklift, overhead crane, and scissor lift license.
