QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years experience as a HVAC Installer Capable of removing old equipment in a clean and safe manner, to designing, installing, starting up, and testing the new system entirely from start to finish with little to no direction Skilled in the complete installation of gas furnaces, electric air handlers with heat pumps, air conditioners, mini split systems, gas piping, and zoning Adept in low voltage wiring for all HVAC components Dexterous in duct design and fabrication Highly efficient with great communication skills EPA Licensed Good Driving Record Clean Criminal Background (No thefts, burglaries, etc will be considered) Well groomed Washington State 06A or 06B a plus but not required Nate Certification a plus PTCS duct testing and commissioning license a plus but not required Must have excellent attendance, communication skills, be motivated and willing to learn. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Able to lift up to 50lbs, use and climb ladders, work in attics and crawl spaces Valid drivers license required Compensation based on experience If you are a self-motivated person with a strong work ethic, and are looking for a place to call home instead of just a job, look no further.
