The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of equipment as necessary. Operate various vehicles including vans, box trucks, and forklifts for transporting materials. Load and unload supplies and equipment safely. Drive commercial vehicles as needed for deliveries or transport of materials. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Experience operating forklifts and box trucks is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
