Job Description

Job Summary Concorde Suites is seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and the overall property to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our extended-stay guests. The ideal candidate is experienced in plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and basic electrical work, and is comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (leaks, toilets, faucets, etc.) Repair drywall, patch holes, and complete interior painting as needed Perform basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches, etc.) Conduct preventative maintenance inspections Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and guests Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance storage areas Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations Assist with property upkeep and general repairs as needed Requirements Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent Applicants must have at least 2 years experience Applicants must be at least 21 Applicants must hold a Regular driving license A criminal background check will be required on applicants Proven experience in maintenance, handyman work, or similar role Skilled in plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and basic electrical Ability to lift heavy items (50+ lbs) Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work on feet for extended periods Reliable transportation Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Preferred Qualifications Previous hotel or property maintenance experience Basic HVAC knowledge (a plus but not required) Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Position Schedule may include some weekends
