• use of blower, raking, shoveling, sweeping, trash removal, and weed control.

Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC system checks. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues Engage in residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic appeal. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests from staff or management. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use tools A strong commitment to safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Pay based on experience.
