This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, providing a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain curb appeal. Make Ready of apartments
  • includes, but not limited to trash outs, maintenance, carpet removal, painting, cleaning. Grounds upkeep

  • use of blower, raking, shoveling, sweeping, trash removal, and weed control.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC system checks. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues Engage in residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic appeal. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests from staff or management. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use tools A strong commitment to safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Pay based on experience.
