NOW HIRING
  • MAINTENANCE WORKER We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our maintenance team!
This is a light-duty maintenance position with some cleaning and general upkeep involved. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and well maintained. This position can easily be changed with the right person who would like to learn more and would like to further advance their career within the company!
Responsibilities may include:
  • Light maintenance and repairs
  • General cleaning and upkeep
  • Preparing and maintaining common areas
  • Taking care of minor maintenance needs
  • Helping keep properties clean, organized, and presentable
  • Help with making sure units are move in ready What we are looking for:
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Basic maintenance skills are a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help and learn
  • Clean driver's license If you're looking for a steady position with room for advancement, with light maintenance duties, we would love to hear from you!
