Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the overall efficiency and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and appliances to ensure optimal performance. Use hand tools and power tools for painting, plumbing repairs, and general facility upkeep. Maintain building interior spaces through painting, drywall repairs, and facilities maintenance tasks. Diagnose issues with plumbing systems; perform repairs or replacements as needed to prevent leaks or failures. Lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger repair initiatives while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities equipment maintenance. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools. Basic leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration. Ability to perform residential painting and general building interior maintenance tasks effectively.
