JOB DESCRIPTION

Education:

Minimum:

High school diploma or GED/HSE accredited by the

State Board of Education Preferred:

Trade School Graduate Experience:

Minimum:

2 years of facilities or building systems maintenance experience and computer experience

Preferred:

More than 5 years of varied maintenance related experience

License/Certification:

Plumbing License and/or Electrician's License issued by the City of Seymour and/or HVAC Certification (

HVAC Certification:

Must have NATE Certification or equivalent that demonstrates working knowledge in the repair and installation of heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment. Must also maintain a Freon Certification allowing for the purchase, handling, and installation of refrigerant)

Summary:
