2 years of facilities or building systems maintenance experience and computer experiencePreferred:
More than 5 years of varied maintenance related experienceLicense/Certification:
Plumbing License and/or Electrician's License issued by the City of Seymour and/or HVAC Certification (HVAC Certification:
Must have NATE Certification or equivalent that demonstrates working knowledge in the repair and installation of heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment. Must also maintain a Freon Certification allowing for the purchase, handling, and installation of refrigerant)Summary:
