Responsibilities:

To be aware of the maintenance needs in all of the community residences To make recommendations as to maintenance priorities. Report maintenance issues and timelines for completion to Director of Maintenance. To immediately respond to maintenance as feasible Three years of experience in general maintenance or remodeling. Must be skilled in carpentry, painting, and routine repairs.
