Estate Caretaker responsible for comprehensive maintenance and operations of a small residential property. Looking for candidates that have wide range of skills and abilities for all aspects of general maintenance of a property to keep in top shape.

Responsibilities:

Grounds maintenance

• weeding, planting, pruning, trimming, mulching, garden Animal care Handyman work Pool maintenance Small Engine maintenance Painting Fence, shed, barn, road maintenance Garage and tool organization and clean up Light construction Seasonal tasks
• hanging lights and decorations Running errands
