Your expertise will help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a broad range of maintenance tasks while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Duties Maintaining facility, keeping up with inspections, fixing items around the facility, conducting monthly fire drills, learning the rules of assisted living. This position requires a professional, mature, responsible, and organized person . Must pass background check and drug screen. Pay will be discussed at interview.
