Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Staff member to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining building interior systems, mechanical equipment, electrical components, plumbing, HVAC systems, and facilities infrastructure. Your expertise will help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a broad range of maintenance tasks while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Duties Maintaining facility, keeping up with inspections, fixing items around the facility, conducting monthly fire drills, learning the rules of assisted living. This position requires a professional, mature, responsible, and organized person . Must pass background check and drug screen. Pay will be discussed at interview.
