```Duties```

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
• Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed ```Qualifications```
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience working with CMMS software preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Welding experience is a plus This position requires a motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and contractors.

Pay:

From $13.00 per hour
