We are working with a well-respected, quickly growing equipment company that is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Shop Foreman/Lead Technician . Excellent customer service skills a must. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 2 years management experience or a combination of 5 years diesel repair and service management. Shop Foreman/Lead Technician:

Operate as Lead Technician in the shop, providing training and direction to other technicians. Lead the diagnostics and troubleshooting on more difficult repairs. Work on customer equipment

• primarily ag equipment
• Class 8
• Med/Heavy Duty Trucks Train Service Staff using best practices in customer satisfaction and brand promotion Develops, maintains, and adheres to a priority system for scheduling all service work, both customer and internal Manager work order systems, including invoice logging, and generate service invoices Schedules and assigns job and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge.

Conducts self in a professional manner at all times, inside and outside the dealership. Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the dealership

Shop Foreman/Lead Technician Requirements:
